Abstract

Abstract – Based on a preliminary study which was the starting point for carrying out this community service program, it was found that many bk teachers still complain about the administration of bk in schools, this is due to teachers' difficulties in managing time which often clashes with school activities, lack of knowledge, and limited availability. other supporting resources. As a result, administration is only for official administrative purposes, the aim of this service is firstly to increase the understanding of school guidance teachers regarding the administration of guidance and counseling in schools including 1. Administration of evaluation and analysis of guidance and counseling, 2. Administration of home visits, 3. Administration of student permits, 4. Hand-over administration cases, 5. Administration of case conferences, 6. Administration of laiseg and laijapen, 7. Administration of lapelprog, 8. Administration of group counseling reports, and 9. Administration of individual counseling reports. Second, improve the skills of school counselors in operating school administration according to their needs and purposes. The method used was a workshop with lecture techniques, question and answer, discussion and practice. The results of the PPM activities showed that. Firstly, the implementation of this PPM activity can help improve the understanding and skills of guidance and counseling teachers related to BK administration in supporting BK services in schools.
