The program involved a torch parade and Islamic competitions, including adzan, tartil, and tilawah, with active participation from children, youth, and local leaders. Students were directly involved from planning to execution. Field observations and post-event interviews showed that this collaboration not only strengthened communal ties but also increased youth engagement in religious activities. The torch parade served as both a cultural expression and a platform for Islamic spiritual outreach, while the competitions contributed to building religious identity and character education among the younger generation. This activity illustrates the role of KKN in promoting social responsibility and empathy among students, while simultaneously preserving contextual Islamic traditions. Ultimately, this initiative serves as a strategic step toward fostering a harmonious, religiously-rooted community.
2025-11-17T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Ika Parma Dewi, Chelsea Defista, Ilmi Okcya Pratami, Aulia Adrinovra, Nabila Marsyanada, Muhammad Hanif, Rahma Fadhilah, Putri Wahyunihttps://journal.irpi.or.id/index.php/consen/article/view/2009Enhancing MSME Competitiveness Through Halal Certification Assistance: A Case Study of Kampung Genteng Candirejo2025-04-23T10:34:24+00:00Fani Khoirotunnisafani.khoiro.mnj@upnjatim.ac.idAmalya Diva Andriyanifani.khoiro.mnj@upnjatim.ac.idDini Talita Sarifani.khoiro.mnj@upnjatim.ac.id
The halal industry has experienced rapid global growth; however, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia still face challenges in obtaining halal certification. Kampung Genteng Candirejo in Surabaya houses a Herbal Processing Center that has been operating since 2008, yet limited knowledge, technical support, and financial constraints hinder its MSME members from obtaining halal certification. This community service program aims to enhance MSME competitiveness by providing halal certification assistance, including training, technical guidance, and marketing strategies. The methodology involves education, certification registration assistance, and program monitoring and evaluation. The results indicate an increased understanding of halal certification standards among MSMEs and a rise in the number of MSMEs applying for certification. To achieve optimal results, this PKM activity is carried out in three stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. The planning stage uses the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) approach with partners, to identify targets, objectives, expected outputs, and activity implementation schedules by calculating the use of appropriate resources, preparing implementation schedules, and designing other actions needed to achieve goals, including the division of tasks between the community service and partners. In the planning, the PKM implementation method is determined using a mentoring approach to the Bandung Village government. Mentoring is carried out by inviting several parties, from village officials to community leaders to prepare a Village Development roadmap based on the Village SDGs first. Evaluation is the last activity of this PKM. In the evaluation, it was found that the village government did not have complete data to be used in preparing the Village RPJM or the Village Development roadmap based on the SDGs. So the team had difficulty compiling the RPJM files and Village Development Roadmap. One solution is the need to input the lack of SDGs data in the Village SDGs application owned by the Ministry of Villages, Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration. However, until the end of this community service activity, the Village Government had not finished inputting the data in question, because of other activities such as preparing the Bandung village tourist location which will be opened at the end of 2023.
2025-10-14T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Taufik Raharjo, Yuniato Hadiwibowo, Tanda Setiya, Nur Aisyah Kustianihttps://journal.irpi.or.id/index.php/consen/article/view/2150Digital Learning Transformation Training to Improve Teachers' Pedagogical Skills at SDN Tlogowaru 01 Malang2025-08-03T14:01:41+00:00Adi Candra Kusumacandraraden45@polinema.ac.idDimas Rossiawan Hendra Putra dimas.rossi@polinema.ac.idHerwandiherwandi@polinema.ac.idDelila Cahya Permatasaridelila.cahya@polinema.ac.idImam SaukaniMam_im@yahoo.comDenda Dewatamadenda.dewatama@polinema.ac.id
Teachers' ability in pedagogical competence must be improved.
2025-11-17T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Shidiq Amien, Asyril Najla Annisa, Trilani Rizkiyanti, Nurul Paujiah, Rima Holifatul Umahhttps://journal.irpi.or.id/index.php/consen/article/view/2256Educational Movement Against Hypertension and Diabetes (Gemes) in Prolanis Members2025-08-20T08:04:26+00:00Rahmi Susantirahmi.susanti@fkm.unmul.ac.idrania nasywa azzahraranianasywa55@gmail.comValendira Nuraini Putrivalendiraptri@gmail.comDilla Camara Indrianidillaindriani162@gmail.comSiti Choirul Jannah Dewi Wijayanti dewiwijayanti481@gmail.comSenia Putri YunitaSeniaaputrii@gmail.comYuliana Pashayulianapasha07@gmail.comNabilla Nabillanabilla1407@gmail.com
Coverage of the Minimum Service Standards (MSS) for hypertension and diabetes in Puskesmas Air Putih is still low, reaching only 11.31% and 26%, respectively, while the fulfillment of the quality of service for each type of basic service in the health MSS must reach 100%. However, the integration of technology in school environments remains limited, and many students have not yet utilized digital tools as productive learning media. This Community Service Program (PKM) aimed to increase junior high school students’ interest and reading comprehension in English by introducing the Read Along by Google application. The program was conducted at MTs As-Syifa, West Bandung Regency, involving 50 students as participants. The method employed was the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach through interactive seminars, application simulations, and reflective discussions. The results showed high enthusiasm among students in using the Read Along application, with positive responses toward its interactive features. Besides boosting reading motivation, the activity also encouraged students to integrate technology into their daily learning habits.
2025-11-17T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Eni Heni Hermaliani, Muhammad Bagus Andra, Agus Subektihttps://journal.irpi.or.id/index.php/consen/article/view/2274The Role of Digitization in Empowering MSMEs and Enhancing Local Economy in Cimalaka Village, Sumedang2025-10-04T13:04:46+00:00Sofia Dewisofiadewi.job@gmail.comAsep Saepulohasep@gmail.comYulianti Apriliayulianti@gmail.comEsti Komalasariesti@gmail.comIpah Saripahipah@gmail.comSiti Habibah Lidinillahsiti@gmail.com
This community service investigated the contribution of digitalization to increasing income and expanding the market in Cimalaka Village, and identified barriers and potential development opportunities. Local MSMEs still face limitations in marketing and competitiveness.
