The problems faced by the Wringinsongo village government include: 1) The smart village masterplan and branding have not been carried out optimally both in terms of planning in the form of a smart village master plan due to lack of institutional coordination and community participation in promoting Wringisongo Village as a digital village. 2.) The field of village government administration: the excellent service provided by village officials is not yet maximal, especially in terms of village administration governance (managerial skills, financial reporting and other organizational administration), besides that there is no livelihood information database and smart potential village based on digital technology. The solutions and methods offered: 1) Conduct aspiration nets and identify the potential of village tourism so that the service program outputs produced by the village will have a master plan in developing smart villages and branding skills to promote tourism villages using the principles of the Sustainable Livelihood Framework for smart villages. 2.) Training to improve the human resources of village officials which will be carried out in two stages. The first stage of basic skills training is the ability to operate a simple computer in village administrative governance activities. The second is the development of knowledge transfer and village administration governance skills by applying appropriate technology in the form of the SIM- RIwinK application (WRinginsongo Population Administration Management Information System) based on the Sustainable Livehood Framework for Smart villages.
