Abstract

The main challenges include a lack of knowledge about sexual violence prevention, lack of access to reporting and handling systems, and lack of relevant local educational media. After identifying local needs and potential, it was found that the community needs practical, community-based education that uses a local language approach, as well as the participation of local cadres and figures to change behavior. The program methods included implementation steps such as identifying local problems and potential, promotional training, training for posyandu cadres and village midwives, demonstrations on the use of   Ehealth “KANCE ASSEK”,  joint counseling, and program sustainability evaluation. The results of this community service were able to increase the knowledge of cadres and village midwives and improve the dissemination of sexual violence prevention to the community. The empowerment of posyandu cadres and the use of the Ehealth “KANCE ASSEK” application are appropriate solutions to promote and prevent sexual violence in all age groups of the community through community-based and innovative community-based methods to stop sexual violence by strengthening promotional methods that are directly related to the daily lives of the community.
