Coastal communities in Pekan Tanjung Beringin Village face multidimensional challenges: low literacy habits, limited public speaking skills, minimal participation in religious education, and underdeveloped economic activities, despite possessing local potentials such as fishery resources, religious institutions, and strong social cohesion. This study aims to design and implement a Local Potential-Based Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) model for integrated empowerment. The approach includes situation analysis, participatory planning, cross-sectoral program implementation, and monitoring-evaluation. Results show increased community participation in education, religious activities, social services, value-added marine product processing, and environmental management. The model effectively strengthens community capacity through multi-stakeholder collaboration and utilization of existing assets, thereby supporting sustainable development in coastal areas.
