Abstract

Teknologi mobile telah mengubah cara konsumen berinteraksi dengan penyedia jasa dan produk. Salah satu dampaknya adalah meningkatnya kebutuhan akan layanan pemesanan online yang menawarkan kenyamanan dan kemudahan. Namun, banyak pelaku usaha yang belum memanfaatkan teknologi mobile secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi pemesanan es krim berbasis mobile Android dengan studi kasus pada usaha Es Krim Pak Wagiman. Terdapat tantangan yang dihadapi usaha es krim, meliputi persaingan yang ketat, permintaan yang fluktuatif, kebutuhan aksesibilitas, kesalahan pencatatan pemesanan, dan keterbatasan adopsi teknologi. Metode pengembangan aplikasi yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD), dengan tahapan: analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem (use case diagram, class diagram dan antarmuka), pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan Kotlin pada Android Studio, serta database MySQL, dan tahapan terakhir yaitu pengujian black box dan pengujian kelayakan oleh pengguna serta implementasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner kepada 120 pelanggan menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil pengujian blackbox menunjukkan fungsionalitas aplikasi berjalan sempurna (100%), sementara uji kelayakan memberikan skor 95,6% (sangat layak). Aplikasi ini terbukti efektif mengoptimalkan proses bisnis, dan pengembangan lebih lanjut direkomendasikan untuk menambahkan fitur live chat guna meningkatkan interaksi langsung dengan pelanggan.
