Manuscript Cancellation

Authors are not allowed to cancel manuscripts that have been submitted because canceling or withdrawing manuscripts is a futile job (waste of energy and time) done by editors or reviewers.
If the author still wants to cancel the submitted manuscript, the author will be subject to a fine of Rp. 1.000,000, - (one million rupiah) or 80 USD (International Authors). Cancellation will be made by the editor, if the author has made payment and sent proof of payment to the MALCOM editor, or is not penalized if they can provide appropriate and reasonable reasons.

If the author does not agree to pay the fine or provide a reason for the cancellation of the manuscript, the author will be blacklisted for publication in MALCOM and Journals under IRPI. The blacklist will include the author's full name, emails of all authors, and author affiliations.
